RateURVisit Survey

The RateURVisit Survey is a convenient way to collect feedback from customers. It is designed and developed taking into account the key objective of engaging the customer during or post their brand experience.

Guest Complaint Management System (GCM)

The GCM tracks and manages complaints (customer feedback survey that received a low score rating of 1 or 2 on any of the key attributes.

Email notifications are sent to the store manager of the restaurant and the Ops team real-time as these addressable feedback are sent by customers to the platform.
